Lower Oil Pan

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Oil drain pan

‹› Hand drill with plastic brush attachment

‹› Protective eyewear

‹› Silicone sealant

Removing

‹› Before raising the vehicle on a hoist (wheels off the ground), activate the vehicle lift mode.

-

Loosen the noise insulation fasteners - 1 - and remove noise insulation.

-

Place the oil drain pan under the vehicle.

-

Drain the engine oil.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 - from the oil level thermal sensor (G266).
