Refrigerant Circuit

‹› Beginning with MY 2008 a 3 x 3 mm, 65 mm long foam strip -  C - is being installed in the left and right tongue and groove joint between the

housing lower section - A - and the evaporator cover - B -. The foam strips - C - prevent moisture from getting into the A/C unit.

Removing

Drain the refrigerant circuit.

Remove cover with recirculation door. Refer to => [ Cover with Recirculated Air Door ] See: Air Door/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement.

Remove the Fresh Air Blower (V2). Refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower ] See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Remove bolts - A -.
