Ribbed belt drive for power steering pump, alternator and A/C compressor - assembly overview 

Note:

Before removing the ribbed belt, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt pen. A used belt can break if it runs in the wrong direction.

Check that the belt is properly seated on pulleys when installing

1 - Ribbed belt
2 - 22 Nm
3 - 45 Nm 
4 - Alternator
5 - 43 Nm 
6 - 10 Nm 
7 - Upper idler wheel

For ribbed belt

3 - Bearing
^

For idler wheel

Note installation position: press fit in bracket for torque reaction mount

9 - 22 Nm

Apply locking fluid before installing
