Wheel Bearing Unit, Removing and Installing
Wheel bearing unit, removing and installing
Removing

Remove drive axle.
^
Unscrew bolts -1-.
^
Remove brake carrier and brake disc.
^
To remove lower bolts, the suspension must be raised to control position.
^
Remove bolts -2-.
^
Pull wheel bearing unit out of wheel bearing housing.
Installing
Installation is in reverse order.
^
Inserting wheel bearing unit in wheel bearing housing and tightening bolts -2-.
Hemispherical head bolts
^
80 Nm plus additional 1/4 turn 90 °
^
Always replace
^
To remove the lower wheel bearing housing bolts -Item 1- raise to control position
^
Installing drive axle.
