Fuel Filter, Removing And Installing

Reservoir

Removing

Observe safety precautions.
Observe rules for cleanliness.

Remove cover -1-, right, bottom at vehicle floor.

-

Place appropriate receptacle underneath fuel filter.

WARNING:  Fuel system is under pressure. Before opening system, place rags around the connection. Then release pressure by carefully
loosening connection.

-

Disconnect fuel lines -1- and -3- (press release button).

-

Remove bolt -2-.

-

Remove fuel filter.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

The direction of flow is marked with arrows
