Parking Assist Control Module: Procedures

Control Module For Parking Aid -J446-, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Fault Finding" routine.
-

VAS 5051 Vehicle Diagnostic Testing and Information system must be used for this purpose.

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

-

Remove left luggage compartment side trim cover -arrows-.

-

Remove nuts -arrows-.

-

Disconnect electrical connectors -2-.

-

Remove control module -1-.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque
