Unscrew bolt -4- and nut -5-.
^
Pull out tie rod end.
^
Undo nut -1-, remove bolt -2- and remove both links -3- upward.
The slots in the wheel bearing housing must not be widened using a chisel or similar.

Unbolt control arm and guide link from wheel bearing housing.
^
Secure drive axle on body, e.g. with wire.
^
Remove wheel bearing housing.
Installing
Installation is in reverse order. Note the following when doing so:
During assembly, make sure that there are no indentations in the boot of the air spring damper.

The tightening torques of nuts/bolts and information on whether the nuts/bolts must be replaced can be found => (layout of front axle
components).

Insert both upper links, tighten nut -1-.
^
When tightening, press upper links down as far as possible.
^
Install tie rod end.
^
Tighten drive axle collar bolt.
^
Install and tighten wheel.
^
Perform wheel alignment.
