Remove ATF screw plug -A- and drain ATF. 

^

Loosen 24 bolts on oil pan in diagonal sequence. 

^

Remove oil pan.

Installing
Install in reverse sequence; note the following points:
^

Clean all 6 magnets in depressions in oil pan. Ensure that magnets are in full contact with oil pan. 

^

Completely remove any residue of old seal and clean sealing surfaces before assembling. 

^

Replace seals and gaskets. 

^

Tighten bolts for oil pan diagonally in several stages.

Note:The screw plug with seal must be replaced.

^

Top up ATF.
