Steering Column Trim

Removing

Position the steering wheel so that it is as far rearward and down as possible, using the full adjustment range of the steering column adjuster.

Remove airbag unit and steering wheel => [ Steering Wheel ] See: Steering Wheel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Steering Wheel.

Remove driver's side storage compartment => [ Driver Side Storage Compartment Assembly Overview ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Remove bolts - 5 - (Qty. 2).

Remove bolt - 4 -.

-

Remove Torx bolts - 3 - (Qty. 2) using screwdriver T8 (T40056 A).
