Pull out the tie rod end.

Remove the nut - 1 -, the bolt - 2 - and both upper control arms - 3 - upward.
The slits in the wheel bearing housing must not be widened using a chisel or similar tool!

Remove the track control arm and guide link from the wheel bearing housing.

Secure the drive axle to body with wire.

Remove the wheel bearing housing.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:
During assembly, make sure no pressure points form on the air spring damper boot.

Install the upper control arm ball studs - 2 - into the wheel bearing housing - 3 - and force them down as far as possible using the (T40067).

Tighten the bolt - 1 -. Refer to - items 20 or 21 - depending on the version, in => [ Wheel Hub, Bearing and Housing Assembly Overview ] See:

Install the tie rod end. Refer to => [ Tie Rod Ball Joint ] See: Steering/Tie Rod/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Tie Rod Ball Joint.

Install the track control arm ball stud. Refer to => [ Track Control Arm ] See: Suspension/Control Arm/Service and Repair/Track Control Arm.

Install the guide link ball stud. Refer to => [ Guide Link ] See: Suspension/Radius Arm/Service and Repair/Guide Link.
