Malfunction Messages
Control modules of RSE system do not support On Board Diagnostic (OBD). No malfunctions can be read out using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and
Information System (VAS 5051).
The following are possible causes of customer complaints:
‹› RSE system supplies no picture and no sound during DVD operation
‹› Remove control functions not OK.
‹› Picture interference on monitors and malfunctions in Rear DVD Changer (R162)
‹› No sound when headphone sets are connected
