Rear Bumper Cover Mounting Strip

‹› Note direction of rotation for worm gear!

‹› Rotate clockwise on right side, rotate counterclockwise on left side to release slider.

‹› After bumper cover has been loosened far enough at bolting points, release slider via the worm gear using an Allen wrench of 6 mm.

‹› Several rotations are necessary to do this.

‹› Doing this slides the retaining strip - 4 - downward and releases the retaining bolts - 5 - in longitudinal holes (keyhole profile) of cover.

‹› Cover can now be removed downward.
