After-Run Coolant Pump

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Engine support bridge (10-222 A)

‹› Brace (10-222 A/21)

‹› Drip tray (V.A.G 1306) or drip tray (VAS 6208)

‹› Engine/transmission jack (V.A.G 1383 A)

Removing

-

Activate vehicle lifting mode.

-

Disconnect hose - 1 - from air duct hose.

-

Remove left air duct hose - arrows -.

-

Separate electrical connector - 1 - for right Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (G70) on air filter housing.

-

Disconnect air duct hose - 4 - at intake manifold.

-

Unhook retainer for connections - 2 - and - 3 - at upper part of air filter housing.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.
