‹› Ignore items - 1 to 3 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connection - 6 - at throttle valve control module (J338).

-

Disconnect vacuum hose - 1 -.

-

Pull off hoses - 4 - and - 5 - for the crankcase breather.

-

Remove bolts - 2 - and - 3 -.

-

Remove right intake manifold side-part.

‹› Minimal oil residue in the intake manifold side part is acceptable

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-rings.

‹› Replace gasket for intake manifold side part if damaged.

‹› During installation, protective heat boots must be re-installed at the same location.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.
