Remove bolts - 4 - and chain tensioner - 5 - as well as the gasket located behind.

-

Pull guide rail - 1 - from mounting pins.

-

Remove mounting pins - 2 - and camshaft drive chain sprocket - 3 -.

Installing

‹› Replace gaskets.

‹› Engine locked at TDC position.

‹› Crankshaft locked in TDC position using Crankshaft Holder (3242).

-

Set drive chain onto the crankshaft chain sprocket and onto the camshaft drive chain sprocket.

‹› The copper-colored chain links - 1 - and - 5 - must face toward the transmission side.
