Disconnect coolant hoses at coolant pipe - arrows -.

‹› Shown from rear to improve clarity.

Remove coolant pipe.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace seals and O-rings.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

Install strut tower brace.

Install and adjust wiper arms

Install intake manifold lower-part => [ Intake Manifold Lower-Section ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and
Repair/Intake Manifold Lower-Section.

Install intake manifold upper-part => [ Intake Manifold Upper Section ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and
Repair/Intake Manifold Upper Section/Cylinder Head, Valvetrain.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
