Right Exhaust Manifold with Catalytic Converters

Removing

‹› Engine/transmission unit removed and attached to scissor lift platform (VAS 6131).

‹› All cable ties opened or cut during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations during installation.

Separate the following oxygen sensor connections:

Oxygen sensor (O2S) behind three way catalytic converter (TWC) (G130), (4-pin, black)

Oxygen sensor (O2S) 2 behind three way catalytic converter (TWC) (G131), (4-pin, brown)

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 2 (G108), (6-pin, brown)

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (G39), (6-pin, black)

‹› Disregard the other items.

Remove bolts - arrows - and pivot the bracket for right exhaust manifolds with catalytic converters downward.
