Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve N115, removing and installing 

Removing 
-

Switch ignition off.

-

Remove left rear wheel.

-

Remove left rear wheel housing liner.

-

Disconnect hose connections - 1 -, - 3 - and - 4 -.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connector - 2 - from Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve N115.

-

Pull vacuum hoses - 3 - and - 4 - from Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve N115 - Item. 2 -.

-

Pull solenoid valve out of mounting - 1 -.

Installing 
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Note: Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Install left rear wheel housing liner.

Torque specifications
