Access/Start Authorization Switch E415, Removing And Installing

NOTE:

-

Adaptation is not necessary if only Access/Start Authorization Switch E415 is replaced.

-

Adaptation must be performed if keys are replaced in addition to Access/Start Authorization Switch E415.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

-

Socket tool T10152

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove drivers storage compartment Body Interior

-

Use small screwdriver to pry off trim ring at Access/Start Authorization Switch - arrow - .

-

Unscrew nut at Access/Start Authorization Switch E415 using Socket tool T10152.

-

Take switch to rear out of drivers storage compartment.
