Starter Motor: Service and Repair

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
‹› Scissor Lift Table (VAS 6131)
Removing
‹› Engine/transmission assembly removed and secured to (VAS 6131).
-
Remove bolts - arrows - at front left and right transmission mounts.
-
Remove bolt - arrow -.
-
Detach coolant pipe (bottom right) from coolant hose - 1 -.
‹› Disregard item - 2 -.
-
Turn the spindles for support elements - 2 - (left and right) at subframe all the way down.
