Replace wiring harness connector O-rings and lightly coat with ATF.

Attach the wiring harness - A - to the Mechatronic - B -. At the same time, insert the tab - arrow - on the back of the wiring harness into the
Mechatronic unit.

  ‹› If the tab on the backside of the wiring harness breaks off, the wiring harness must be replaced. Refer to => [ Wiring Harness in Transmission ]

Insert the wiring harness connector into the transmission housing.

  ‹› Installed position: The flat section on the rear collar faces down and the tabs on the collar are horizontal.

Set Mechatronic unit in place without using force, and at the same time insert stud on the selector lever - arrow - into the groove on the selector
slide - A -; if necessary, move selector slide back or forth.
