Pull special tool lever firmly inward as far as it will go, and push rear lever outward as far as it will go.

In this position, tighten both outer ball joint mounting nuts (with help from second technician).

Remove special tool.

Tighten center nut.
-
Tighten all nuts.

Check front wheel toe and adjust if necessary.
