Calculating Deviation From Direction of Travel

For toe angle values that have the same sign (+/+ or -/-), subtract the smaller value from the larger and divide by 2.

For toe angle values that have different signs (+/-), add the two values and divide the total by 2.

In either case, the result is the actual deviation from normal direction of travel along the vehicle's longitudinal axis.
