Steering Gear: Testing and Inspection
Voltage Supply For Module
NOTE: The Servotronic control module is installed under the rear seat on the right side.

Remove rear seat bench.

Disconnect harness connector from Servotronic control module.

Switch ignition on.

Set digital multimeter (Fluke 83 or equivalent) to measure voltage (20 volt range) and check for voltage at Servotronic control module harness
connector terminals 2 and 7, or terminals 3 and 7.
Specification: approx. 12 volts

If voltage is not as specified:
Check for open circuit in wiring, according to wiring diagram, and repair as necessary.
