connect US 1119 between contact 5 and ground switch ignition ON roll vehicle forwards or backwards and measure voltage

pulsing voltage 0.0 V to 5.0 to 0.0 V

If specified value is not obtained, - repair break in wiring according to wiring diagram OR
-

replace defective speed display sender

If specified value is still not obtained, replace instrument cluster
