Parking Assist Control Module: Service and Repair

Parking Aid Control Module

Removing

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or " Guided
Functions".

-

Select the function or path:

-

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

-

Open the right luggage compartment side trim cover.

-

Disconnect electrical connectors - 2 through 4 -. 

-

Remove the nuts - arrows -.

-

Remove the parking aid control module (J446) - 1 -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification. Refer to => [ Parking Aid Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Parking Aid Assembly Overview. 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Follow the prompts on the (VAS 5051B) display with a new Parking Aid Control Module (J446).
