Seat Memory Switch: Service and Repair

Driver Seat Memory Program Control Head

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove the front door trim.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 4 -.

-

Release the hooks with a small screwdriver - arrows B -. 

-

At the same time carefully open the retaining tabs - 1 - and -  2 - - arrows A -.

-

Remove the driver seat memory program control head (E97) - 3 - from the retainer - arrow C -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Press driver seat memory program control head ( E97) into the switch mount until the retaining hooks engage.

-

Install the front door trim.
