‹› Lay a cloth below the coolant pipe to catch escaping coolant.

-

Open clamp - 2 - and remove coolant hose form the coolant pipe.

Remove bolt - 1 - and remove coolant pipe back out of the cylinder block - arrow -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-rings.

Clean and smooth O-ring sealing surface.

-

Coat O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

Connect coolant hose with connector coupling => [ Connect coolant hose with the connector coupling ] See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Radiator
