Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair

Oil Level Thermal Sensor

Removing

-

Drain engine oil.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 3 -.

-

Remove nuts - 1 - and the oil level thermal sensor (G266) - 4 -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Oil Pan Upper and Lower Sections, Oil Pump and Oil Cooler Assembly Overview ] See: Engine

Lubrication/Service and Repair. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace the seal - 2 -.

Fill engine oil and check the oil level.
