Disconnect electrical connector - 3 - for Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (G62).

-

Remove bolts - 1, 2, 4 and 5 -.

-

Open clamp, loosen hose clamp and remove front coolant pipe from coolant hoses - arrows -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace sealing rings.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Clean and smooth gasket sealing surfaces.

Coat gaskets with coolant and slide them onto the coolant pipe.

Connect coolant hose with the connector coupling => [ Connect coolant hose with the connector coupling ] See: Engine, Cooling and

Install left coolant pipes. Refer to => [ Left Coolant Pipes ] See: Left Coolant Pipes.

Install A/C compressor. Refer to => See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Compressor HVAC
