3. Install new 3-watt side parking light bulbs (N 017 752-2) into the respective bulb holders.

4. Apply tape to the wire harness near the taillight assembly mounting boss to prevent wires from being pinched during re-installation of taillight
assembly.

5. Reinstall both rear taillight assemblies.

6. Perform a parameterization of the comfort convenience control unit J393 (address word 46) via spec-actual utilizing GFF. Please note that the
parameterization may have already been performed during a previous repair.

Criterion 09: Software update for ECM via SVM Code 91E6B001

1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.

2. Update the ECM using the SVM action code as listed in the table above if necessary.
