Remove the screws for the anti-twist mechanism bracket and remove the Pressure Plate with Swivel Bearing (VAS 6274/11-1), the Anti-Twist
Mechanism Oblong Holes (VAS 6274/11-5 ) and the Spacer (VAS 6274/11-4).

Slide the locking lever - 1 - back.

Remove the Piston (VAS 6274/4) -  2 - and the T-Handle (VAS 6274/5) -  3 - and remove the Pressure Plate with Securing Plate (VAS
6274/11-2), the Anti-Twist Mechanism with Screws (VAS 6274/11-6) and the Spacer (VAS 6274/11-4) from the coil spring.

Release the coil spring completely.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

It takes more than 4 turns to tension the coil spring with the pressure plates.

Insert the bottom side of the coil spring in the Spring Tensioning System (VAS 6274).
