CAUTION!

‹› Wear protective goggles!

Remove the oil pan drain plug - arrow A - and drain the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF).

CAUTION!
There is a risk of damaging the transmission.

‹› Do not start the engine when there is not ATF in the transmission. 

‹› Follow the disposal requirements.

‹› Replace the oil pan drain plug and seal.

Install a NEW oil pan drain plug - arrow A - and tighten to 12 Nm.

Filling Transmission with ATF

CAUTION!
There is a risk of damaging the transmission.

‹› Only use the ATF available as a replacement part for the automatic transmission 0B6.

‹› Other fluids can cause malfunctions or transmission failure.

‹› Follow the allocation.

‹› The ATF filler tool must be clean and the ATF must not be mixed with any other fluids!

Fill the reservoir of the ATF filler tool (VAG 1924) with ATF for automatic transmissions 0B6.
