Unclip power steering line from subframe and free it up.

-

Now, slowly let down subframe while constantly observing for freedom of movement.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

Tightening specifications: refer to => [ Subframe, Stabilizer Bar and Coupling Rod Assembly Overview ] See: Steering and
Suspension/Suspension/Stabilizer Bar/Service and Repair/Front Suspension/Subframe, Stabilizer Bar and Coupling Rod Assembly Overview. 

Tightening specifications: refer to => [ Coil Spring Suspension Strut, Upper Control Arm, Mounting Bracket and Level Control System Sensor
Assembly Overview ] See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Suspension Control ( Automatic - Electronic )/Air Spring/Service and

Overview.

Tighten the propshaft.

-

On vehicles with air suspension, position vehicle on wheels. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] See: Steering and

Tighten the wheels.

Bleed steering system. Refer to => [ Steering System, Bleeding after Reconstructing ] See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power

Check power steering fluid level. Refer to => [ Power Steering, Checking Hydraulic Oil Level ] See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Testing
