Disconnect electrical connector.

-

Remove front and rear roof grab handles.

Clean lower left luggage compartment and upper right rear hatch cut-out areas to avoid soiling headliner. Cover this area with adhesive tape or
foil, if necessary.

‹› Headliner must not be kinked; kinked headliner must be replaced.

‹› 2 technicians are needed to disconnect the last connections and remove headliner.

Remove assembly bridge/headliner screws - arrows - to body.

-

Unclip partition grille mount covers. Covers remain hanging from partition grille mount and cannot be removed.

-

Lower headliner on left side of vehicle and guide partition grille covers through openings in headliner.

-

Carefully removed headliner through rear lid opening.
