Guide seat belt - 2 - through C-pillar trim opening - 1 -.

NOTE:  To provide a better illustration, the right side of the vehicle is shown.

Ensure sliding piece mount - 3 - from C-pillar trim engages on retaining pins - 4 - on belt height adjuster.

-

Clip C-pillar trim - 1 - on rear side with clamp - arrow A - into mount in body - arrow B -.

-

The opposite side of the trim must be clipped into mount in body with clamps - arrow C -.

-

Secure C-pillar trim to body with new screws and tighten them to specified tightening torque.

-

Clip in cover cap with Airbag symbol.

-

The wheel housing trim and belt anchor must then be attached to C-pillar.

Vehicles with C-pillar trim vent

-

Engage bottom side of vent (knurled wheel side) in C-pillar trim.

-

Clip top side of vent in C-pillar trim.

Procedure for all vehicles

-

Draw door seal lip over C-pillar trim.

Ensure C-pillar trim is held securely.

-

Check seat belt height adjuster function.
-

Seat belt height adjuster must engage with a click in each of the possible positions.

-

Button must return to upper position by itself after being pressed.
