Release Cable

Release Cable

Removing

-

Remove the center armrest trim. 

-

Remove the center armrest support base trim.

-

Remove center armrest upholstery. 

-

Remove the right gas-filled strut. 

-

Remove the cable ties - 1 -.

-

Loosen the lock nuts - 2 - and disengage the cable -  5 -.

-

Unclip trim panel - 4 -. "Be sure not to damage the trim".

-

Remove the cable completely - 2 -.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order.

Before installing the center armrest support base trim, adjust the cable => [ Cable, Adjusting ] See: .
