Panel, Removing And Installing

Panel 1, assembly overview

Sunroof frame

Trim

Position panel 1.

-

Unclip trim at center, moving it to side.

Panel 1
Removal:
-

Position panel.

-

Remove trim - 2 - sideways from tilting mechanism.

-

Remove screws - 4 - and remove panel upward.

CAUTION:  When panel removed, do not operate sunroof mechanics because it could result in damage (scratches) to wind
deflector.

Installing:
-

Lay panel in installation position on tilting mechanism and lightly install screws - 3 -.

-

Close panel and adjust it according to gap pattern.

-

Tighten bolts - 4 - to 4.5 Nm.

-

Press trim onto tilting mechanism again.

-

Perform adaptation.
