Remove center seat headrest. Refer to => [ Center Headrests ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/2nd Row, 3-Seater.

Remove center armrest. Refer to => [ Center Armrest ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/2nd Row, 3-Seater.
Headrest guide with release button:

Press retaining tab - 2 - in - direction of arrow A - and retaining tab - 3 - in - direction of arrow B -.

Pull headrest guide - 1 - upward out of mount.
