Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1783)

The adaptive cruise control sensor (G550) is located behind the license plate holder in the front bumper.

Removing

‹› Due to limited space, it is necessary to remove the screws from the bumper cover and to pull bumper cover forward slightly when removing and

installing.

Remove bumper cover - 1 - Refer to => Bumper See: Body and Frame/Bumper.

Remove screws - 2 -.

-

Remove license plate holder - 3 - Refer to => Bumper See: Body and Frame/Bumper.

-

First release connector - 1 - and then remove.
