Heater Core: Service and Repair
Heater Core- Front Heating A/C Unit Removed, Removing and Installing
Heater Core- Front Heating A/C Unit Removed, Removing And Installing
NOTE: Heater core can also be removed and re-installed with the heating A/C unit installed.
Removing
-
Remove front heating A/C unit
-
Remove bolts - A - and - B -.
-
Disengage cover - D - from mounts - C - and from wiring harness secured to upper side.
-
Remove bolt - A -.
-
Disengage cover - B - from mounts - C - and from wiring harness secured to upper side.
-
Pull off retaining clips - A - from coolant lines - B - and - C -.
-
Pull coolant lines - B - and - C - out of heater core.
