5. Check the Instrument Cluster software and update if software level is lower than 0240.

SVM Update Instructions

a. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions shown below.

b. Update the instrument cluster (J285) using SVM action code as listed in the table below if necessary.

This software update is already covered in RVU CC Software update of instrument cluster for intermittent oil pressure warning light (2013849/6 or
higher revision), if active. If RVU CC is not active and the Instrument Cluster software is below 0240, use the SVM action code as listed in the table
above for the software update.
