Engine Accessory Bracket: Service and Repair

Accessory Bracket

Removing

-

Remove ribbed belt => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.

-

Remove generator. 

-

Remove air conditioner compressor. Refer to => Heating and Air Conditioning See: Heating and Air Conditioning.

-

 Remove bolts - 1 to 5 - and remove accessory bracket. 

Installing

Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Tighten accessory bracket bolts => [ Accessory Bracket Tightening Sequence ] See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt Drive, Assembly

Install A/C compressor. Refer to => Heating and Air Conditioning See: Heating and Air Conditioning.

Install power steering pump.

Install generator.

Install ribbed belt tensioner => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] See: Drive Belt Tensioner/Service and Repair.

-

Install ribbed belt => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.
