Engine Oil Check Valve: Service and Repair

Oil check valve, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Bolt M8x1.5

Removing

Proceed as follows:
^

Cylinder head removed.

-

Install M8x1.5 bolt approx. 4 turns into oil return valve - arrow -.

-

Remove oil return valve.

Installing

Note:  Replace O-ring.

-

Coat O-ring with oil.

-

Press oil return valve into oil channel by hand.
