Transmission Shift Position Indicator Lamp: Service and Repair

Selector Lever Transmission Range (TR) Position Display Y26, Removing And Installing 

Removing 

-

Position selector lever in "N" position.

CAUTION:
-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key. 

-

Unclip selector lever boot retaining frame - 1 - from center console and raise it up - arrows -.

-

Draw selector lever boot upward.

-

Release retaining spring - 2 - and remove Selector Lever Transmission Range (TR) Position Display Y26 - item 1 - - arrow -.

-

Disconnect connector.

Installing 

Install in reverse order.
