Fuel Rail And Fuel Injectors, Assembly Overview

O-ring, replace

Replace combustion chamber seal.

Replace after removing fuel rail

Replacing.

Replace after removing fuel injector

Ensure seated tightly

Fuel rail

For cylinders 1, 3 and 5

Replace before installing fuel injector spring elements - 3 - .

Tighten uniformly, starting from inside and working toward outside

Replace after removing fuel injector

Lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil before installing

Spring element

Replace after removing fuel rail

Ensure seated tightly

Support ring

Replace if damaged.
