‹› Fuel injector electrical connector must engage in cut out in cylinder head.

-

Press fuel rail evenly onto fuel injectors.

-

Tighten fuel rail bolts and fuel line union nuts by hand.

-

Tighten fuel rail bolts from inside to outside.

-

Tighten fuel line union nuts.

The rest of installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install intake manifold => [ Intake Manifold ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold.

Install fuel rail for fuel injectors for cylinders 2, 4, 6 => [ Fuel Rail and Injectors, for Cylinders 2, 4 and 6 ] See: Fuel Injector/Service and
Repair/Fuel Rail and Injectors, for Cylinders 2, 4 and 6.

Install small left coolant pipe.

-

Install oil dipstick guide tube. Refer to => Engine See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine

-

Fill with coolant.
