Fuel Pump (FP) Control Module J538 (Vehicles Through 10.2006), Removing And Installing

Removing

NOTE:  Fuel Pump (FP) Control Module J538 is located at front of fuel tank below exhaust system and driveshaft.

Turn ignition and remove ignition key.

CAUTION:
Risk of burning.
-

Allow exhaust system to cool.

-

Remove bolts -1 - and - 3 -.

-

Disengage Fuel Pump (FP) Control Module J538 at bracket - arrows

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

Installing

-

Tightening torque.

Installation is performed in reverse order.
