Variable Induction Control Module: Service and Repair

Throttle Valve Control Module

Removing

-

Disconnect vacuum hose - 1 -.

-

Remove air guide pipe - arrows -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 - on throttle valve control module (J338).

-

Remove bolts - arrows - and remove throttle valve control module (J338).

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications => [ Intake Manifold, Assembly Overview ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and

Repair/Intake Manifold.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-ring.
