Charging System Control Module: Service and Repair

Energy Management Control Module, through 05.2008

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Pry lever (80 - 200)

Removing

‹› While removing and installing, no charger must be connected.

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module.

Select the function or path:

-

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

Remove driver's seat.

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove screw - 2 - and pull floor vent -  1 - up.

-

Release retaining clamps on back side of cover - 1 - in -  direction of arrow A -.
